Who we are

Forest Chump LLC ("we", "us") is a Texas limited liability company. This website describes its consulting work. Its companies include Forest Chump Records and Forest Chump AI.

What we collect

• What you send through the contact form - your name, email address, company and message.
• Nothing else about you. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising. Its fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads, under Google's own privacy policy. Our host keeps standard server logs for security and operation.

How we use it

To read your message and answer it, and to keep a record of the conversation if we work together. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for their own use, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or to train machine-learning models.

Where it is kept

Form messages are received by our website host's form service and kept on systems controlled by Forest Chump LLC, in the United States. We keep a message for as long as it is useful for the conversation it started, and delete it on request.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form or by email to forestchumprecords@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We will confirm within 7 days and act within 30 days.
